For Exchanging Item: Please ship the item you wish to exchange to us (please add a note with your order # and what item you wish to exchange for). After we receive the item, we will message you. Then please purchase this First class shipping label. After purchasing the First class shipping label, then we will ship back the exchange item.
This First class shipping label is for one way return back to customer after we have receive the item customer send back for exchange.

For Package Redeliver: If your package is return to us and you wish for us to resend the package again, then please message us first to check if the package is send back to us. We will message you back to confirm we have the package. Then please purchase this First class shipping label. After purchasing the First class shipping label, we will ship out the package again with the new shipping label.
